The Komplet Mediterranean Shuk Table is a vibrant, chef-led experience inspired by the colorful markets of the Middle East. A chef or sous chef is on site, carefully plating each dish, cutting borekas live, and thoughtfully arranging every element to create an abundant, inviting display. The table is decorated with fresh vegetables and herbs—not just for beauty, but to enhance the overall feel of freshness, variety, and color. It’s a dynamic, interactive setup that brings the warmth and energy of a shuk to your event, with handcrafted borekas as the centerpiece.

Each burekas table also comes with green though, crushed tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and pickles, a delicious salad made of fresh seasonal ingredients, homemade tahini and labneh.

Hi, I'm Liron Egozi, an impassioned culinary creator and formet sous chef at the Michelin starred The Musket Room in Nolita. For me, Israeli food is a vessel for experiential and historical continuity, for the transmission of memory, a single bite bridging divides and merging cultures that—outside of the plate—might otherwise exist at odds with one another.

Every step of my process is done with passion and precision, ensuring each bite is a masterpiece of flavor and tradition.
