DIY Bot Building Experience

About this experience
Discover the fun of building simple robots together! In this hands-on workshop, kids and parents (or any two makers) team up to explore the basics of circuits and motors while creating their own invention. Choose from one of two exciting projects:
Party Bots – large vibrobots built from wood and real tools, with motors that make them buzz, wobble, and dance.
Brush Bots – mini vibrating racers powered by tiny motors that skitter across the table.
EV Car - wind-powered vehicles you design, build, and race.
Perfect as a parent-and-me activity, each pair (or individual) picks the project that excites them most and takes home a finished creation to keep. No prior experience needed—just curiosity, teamwork, and imagination!
What's Included
• All materials to build one bot of your choice (Party Bot, Brush Bot)
• Step-by-step instruction from a facilitator
• A finished creation to take home at the end of the workshop
