About this experience
In this 90-minute experiential workshop, participants are introduced to the power, benefits, and beauty of essential oils. I guide them through the history and science behind the oils, their unique therapeutic qualities, and the many ways they can support emotional, mental, and physical well-being as well as using them for cleaning.
The workshop covers practical methods of use—aromatherapy, topical application, and diffusion—along with important safety guidelines to ensure confident and responsible practice. Participants also explore a selection of oils, experience their scents, and learn how to choose and combine them for different intentions such as relaxation, focus, grounding, and uplifting energy.
This session is engaging, informative, and hands-on, offering employees a meaningful break that nurtures wellness, curiosity, and a deeper connection to natural self-care.
