Everything we need for our event will be determined at that time, along with the exact time and place. \n\nSOLFARE: We will spend the first 5-10 minutes discussing your Intention and setting boundaries and expectations for our Sacred Container. \n\nOnce we “drop-in,” we will hold the Noble Silence: chatter and conversation will fall away, so the only words spoken are the ones that serve the needs of your journey. I will open and close our time together with the resonant sounds of the Wave, my sound healing instrument, as well as sacred prayer to honor your Intention in Love. \n\nWhat happens during the in-between will NEVER be the same thing twice. We may draw with crayons, write poetry; we may play the drum or one of my other precious noise-makers; we may hold still and breathe together while I offer guided meditation; we may blow bubbles, spin around in circles, and allow ourselves to laugh!
